Training Situation: Meeting (small group)

Objective: Participants will do an idea walk in order to add more opportunities for youth to connect their prior knowledge to STEM activities.
Agenda:
Management is about supporting learning; control is about making sure youth are doing what you want. Learn how to manage, not control, the experience.
Design dough creatures to learn to connect youths’ prior experiences to STEM activities.
Learn how to support youth in directing and managing their own learning.
